Experienced Positions

We are actively recruiting experienced financial services professionals with a passion for software investment banking. We are interested in candidates for both senior level and junior level positions.   

At the senior level, we seek professionals with strong M&A transaction experience and significant software sector domain expertise. Our senior professionals are responsible for sourcing new clients, leading pitch execution, overseeing the entire transaction process to closure, and directly managing client relationships. 

At the junior level, we seek exceptional analysts and associates who have an interest in the middle-market  software sector. Analysts and associates work closely with our senior bankers and gain invaluable experience working throughout all phases of the transaction process.

Academic Internships

We offer semester-based academic internship opportunities for exceptional undergraduate students from select universities in the United States interested in exploring a career in investment banking. 

Our interns collaborate directly with our senior bankers on live transaction execution and participate in other valuable skill-building projects including advanced financial modeling, valuation analysis, company and market research, and business development.
